Appruv® Compliance Management
Appruv® compliance management is the ongoing work of keeping your account complete, current and accepted by every hiring client connected to it. Safety Services Company manages that account end to end, including questionnaire responses, insurance documentation and routine maintenance, so a program that already meets the requirement never gets rejected over how it was filed.
Safety Services Cloud centralizes your Appruv® compliance as a single source of truth, giving you visibility and control across every requirement, document and hiring client.

What Appruv® Compliance Management Actually Covers
Being registered in Appruv® does not mean you are compliant. Your account carries a separate obligation for every hiring client connected to it, and each client sets its own thresholds for documentation, insurance and safety program content. An expired certificate or an unanswered item can change your status without anyone telling you first.
| Account Component | What It Involves | How Often It Needs Attention |
| Compliance Questionnaires |
Written responses covering your safety management system, supported by the documents each answer references | Reviewed on renewal and whenever a hiring client adds a requirement |
| Insurance Documentation | Certificates of insurance matched to the coverage types and limits each hiring client requires | At every policy renewal, and whenever a new client connects |
Safety Program Documentation |
Written programs submitted for review against hiring client requirements, corrected and resubmitted where gaps are identified | Ongoing, driven by review outcomes and program updates |
| OSHA Logs and Injury Statistics | Recordable injury data entered for the required reporting years | Annually, plus corrections when figures change |
| Training and Employee Records | Documented training tied to the work scopes you are approved for | As crews and scopes change |
| Hiring Client Requirements | Client-specific items layered on top of the base account | Whenever a client updates its requirement set |

Why Accounts Get Flagged in Appruv®
The most common reason a submission comes back is not a missing program. It is a program that says the right thing in the wrong form, or documentation that was accurate last renewal and has since aged out. Coverage limits that were adequate last year no longer match a client's updated threshold. A new hiring client connects and brings requirements nobody has looked at yet. None of this shows up as a dramatic failure. It surfaces as a status change that somebody notices only when a crew is told they cannot get through the gate.
Our team handles these gaps before they reach that point.

One Team Handling Every Platform
Very few contractors are asked to work in Appruv® alone. As you add customers you tend to add platforms, and each one keeps its own record of the same safety programs, the same certificates and the same injury data. We manage more than 30 prequalification platforms, so the documentation we prepare for your Appruv® account is the same documentation we carry into ISNetworld®, Avetta® and the rest of your portfolio through Safety Services Cloud.
If your written programs are the underlying issue rather than the submission itself, our safety manuals give you documentation built to be reviewed.

Appruv® FAQ
Appruv® is a contractor prequalification platform. Hiring clients use it to verify that the contractors and suppliers they engage meet their safety, insurance and documentation standards before work begins, and to monitor that status while the relationship continues.
It covers the questionnaire responses, the written safety programs submitted for review, insurance certificates, injury and OSHA data, training records, and the additional requirements each hiring client layers on top.
No responsible provider can guarantee an outcome that a third party controls. What we do is manage every item that is within your control, correct what comes back, and keep the account moving so nothing sits unattended.
It depends on the state of your account and on what your hiring clients require. We audit within 72 hours and give you a realistic picture at that point rather than a number chosen before anyone has looked.
We monitor the account for changes and address new requirements as they appear, which is the part contractors most often miss when managing an account internally.
Yes. We manage more than 30 prequalification platforms, and most of our clients are active in several at once.
