  • Let us know within 5 days – If your order isn’t what you expected, reach out.
  • We make it right – Whether it’s a replacement, exchange, or refund, we’ll work with you.
  • Fast processing – Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 -7 business days.

We’re here to make safety simple and compliance effortless—just like our return policy. 

Right of Inspection:

We recommend inspecting your products at the time of delivery and letting us know right away if anything seems off. If you notice any damaged or missing items, please contact Safety Services Company within two business days of receiving your package. Unfortunately, if we don’t hear from you within this time, we won’t be able to process your claim.

 

Returns should be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date, and we’re here to help with that process!

For assistance, please contact Customer Service at 866-204-4786, Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Arizona Time). Be sure to have your Customer ID, Invoice Number, and reason for the return ready. You can find these details on your invoice. Please note, all returns require approval from our team.

To return eligible products (see exclusions below), please send them to Safety Services Distribution, Attn: Returns, using the address provided by our Customer Service Representative. Be sure to include all original documents and materials with the return.

Returns must be sent via Registered Mail with a tracking number to ensure we can confirm receipt of the product. Our team will let you know if any additional information is needed.

 

Safety Services Company is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process eligible refunds based on the payment method you used at checkout. Please note, return processing may take up to 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

All returned products are protected by provisions set forth in the Copyright law. This material may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or broadcast without written permission of Safety Services Company. Alteration or removal of any trademark, copyright, or other notice from this product is prohibited. All violators will be subject to criminal/civil litigation. 

Policy Exclusions/Exceptions:

  • To ensure the best experience for everyone, all merchandise should be in like-new condition. Safety Services Company reserves the right to decline any returns for items that have been damaged by the customer.
  • For technology products with a tamper-proof seal, please note that they cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Because safety manuals are customized, they aren’t eligible for returns.
  • Digital products, once delivered, aren’t eligible for returns or refunds, as defined by Safety Services Company, regardless of the delivery method or confirmation of receipt.
  • Please keep in mind that subscription products, including safety meetings, labor law posters, manual maintenance service, LMS, prequalification maintenance, and others, are non-refundable.

Late Fees:

Invoices unpaid after their due date will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month of the total outstanding amount, or $5.00, whichever is greater.
