Avetta® compliance management is the ongoing work of keeping your account complete, current and approved across every hiring client connected to it. Safety Services Company manages that account end to end, including questionnaires, insurance documentation, corrective actions and routine maintenance, so you are prepared for changing hiring client requirements and unexpected account activity.

Safety Services Cloud serves as your single source of truth, giving you clear visibility and control across every compliance requirement, document and hiring client.

What Avetta® Compliance Management Covers

Avetta® is a contractor prequalification and supply chain platform. Hiring clients use it to verify safety programs, insurance coverage and documentation before approving a contractor to work, then to monitor that status while the relationship continues. Contractors submit their information once and share it with the clients connected to their account.

What makes the account demanding is not the initial submission. It is that each connected client can apply its own requirement set on top of the shared record, and those sets do not change on the same schedule. The table below shows what we manage and how often each piece moves.

Account Component What It Involves How Often It Needs Attention
Prequalification Questionnaires Responses covering your safety management system, work scopes and operations, supported by the documents behind each answer At renewal and whenever a client adds a requirement
Insurance Documentation
Certificates matched to the coverage types, limits and endorsements each client requires Every policy renewal, plus each new client connection
Safety Program Documentation Written programs uploaded and revised where a review identifies a gap Ongoing, driven by review outcomes
Corrective Actions Flagged items resolved and evidence resubmitted As raised, often with a deadline attached
Injury and Statistical Data Recordable rates and related figures entered for the required years Annually, plus corrections

Why Avetta® Status Slips When Nothing Changed on Your End

The most common call we take is from a contractor whose account was fine last quarter and is not fine now, without anything changing in how they operate. Almost always the change came from the other direction. A hiring client raised a coverage limit, added a requirement tied to a specific work scope, or moved a document from optional to mandatory. Your record did not fail. The bar moved underneath it.

The second cause is expiration. Certificates, training records and statistical data all age out on their own schedules, and an account with several connected clients has several of those clocks running at once. Nothing announces itself until an approval is needed and it is not there.

Recovering from either is straightforward when someone is watching for it and slow when nobody is. We monitor the account, catch the change while it is still a notification rather than a rejection, and correct it before a customer notices.

One Team Across Every Platform You're Asked to Use

Contractors rarely stop at one platform. A customer brings you into Avetta®, the next brings you into ISNetworld®, a third into Veriforce®, and now the same programs and certificates live in three places with three renewal cycles. We manage more than 30 platforms, and Safety Services Cloud keeps all of them visible in one view.

When the underlying written programs are the real problem, our safety manuals give you documentation built to survive review rather than documentation that needs rewriting each time it is submitted.
