COMMON QUESTIONS
Veriforce® FAQ
Veriforce® is a third-party contractor prequalification and compliance platform that hiring clients use to verify safety programs, insurance coverage, and documentation before approving contractors to work.
VeriforceONE is the name of the Veriforce® platform. It brings Veriforce®'s products together in one system with a single sign-in. If a hiring client sends you to VeriforceONE, it is the same Veriforce® account, and we manage it the same way.
They are part of the same company now. PEC Safety and Veriforce® merged in 2019, and Veriforce® acquired ComplyWorks® in 2020. Hiring clients may still use the older names, so tell us which one your client asked for and we work in the right account.
No. Safety Services Company is an independently owned company, specializing in compliance with third-party prequalification providers. We are in no way endorsed, sponsored, approved by, or otherwise affiliated with Veriforce®. We work for you, the contractor: our team prepares, submits and maintains what your Veriforce® account requires so your hiring clients can approve you for work.
Registration usually starts with a request from a hiring client. You set up the company account, complete the safety questionnaires, upload insurance documentation and add your workers' training records. We can set the account up with you or take over one that is already open.
Veriforce® requires contractors to complete safety questionnaires, upload insurance documentation, maintain training records, and meet hiring client-specific requirements. Requirements vary by client and industry. We manage all of your Veriforce® compliance on your behalf.
Veriforce® scores contractor companies on the completeness and quality of their safety program and on their workers' training completion rates. Hiring clients use this score to determine site access. A low score, even from just a few workers with expired certifications, can block your entire crew.
We guarantee everything in your account will be complete, accurate, and in place before it's ever reviewed. Each hiring client sets their own minimum threshold for compliance, and requirements vary. We work toward the highest possible score for every account we manage.
Timelines vary based on where your documentation currently stands and what your hiring clients require.
We continuously monitor your account through Safety Services Cloud and make updates before changes ever affect your compliance status. You'll always be ready to work.
Yes, we support 30+ prequalification platforms including ISNetworld®, Avetta®, ComplyWorks®, and more. Safety Services Cloud centralizes requirements and statuses across all platforms and hiring clients giving you a single source of truth for your compliance status.
