What does Avetta require for compliance?

At minimum, completed prequalification questionnaires, current insurance documentation matching each client's requirements, written safety programs, injury and statistical data, and resolution of any corrective actions raised against the account.

How does Avetta scoring work?

Standing reflects how completely the account has been populated and whether submitted documentation meets the criteria applied to it. Because each hiring client sets its own requirements, a contractor can be approved for one client and outstanding for another within the same account.

Can you guarantee compliance?

No provider can guarantee an outcome decided by a third party. Safety Services Company manages every item within the contractor's control and resolves what comes back.

How long does it take to get compliant?

It depends on the current state of the account and on hiring client requirements. Safety Services Company audits within 72 hours and provides a realistic answer at that point.

What if my hiring client requirements change?

The account is monitored for changes and new requirements are addressed as they appear.
