OSHA Compliant Onsite Training & Certification

A live, instructor-led format is OSHA’s preferred method of safety training and promotes a pro-active safety culture by bringing employees together to discuss and learn about safety. In-person training, especially in groups, encourages employee participation which typically leads to higher rates of retention. In addition, many certifications require live demonstrations that must be performed in front of a qualified instructor. Our team of OSHA Authorized Trainers can conduct sessions in both English and Spanish, for all training types and competency levels, including:

  • Awareness Training
  • Competent Person
  • Operator Certifications
  • Industry Specialized Training

Why Choose Onsite Training?

Advantages include:

Encourages greater participation which leads to higher retention of training content
Employees can interact with the instructor, ask questions and get instant feedback
Promotes safety culture by bringing employees together to discuss and learn about safety
Some courses such as CPR have a hands-on, practical component that is difficult to coordinate in other training formats
To meet OSHA standards for certification, certain courses such as forklift training require a trainee to demonstrate procedures in-person
Some courses such as OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 are quicker to complete when conducted in-person
