Are the training kits OSHA compliant?
Yes, all kits are compliant with Federal OSHA training requirements. We have also incorporated various state OSHA requirements.

Do I need a “Train-the-trainer” certificate to be a capable trainer when using your kits?
Answer: No. Neither OSHA nor the manufacturer requires any certification to be a trainer.

How many people can I train using one of your kits?
Answer: Our kits afford you the opportunity to train as many people as you like. Our documentation software allows you to print as much extra documentation as needed.

How long does it take to train a worker using one of your kits?
Answer: There are no time limits. The training class shall last as long as it takes you to make sure the worker understands the material presented (generally 1-4 hours depending on number of people being trained and relevant experience).

Can I have more than one trainer use your kits?
Answer: Absolutely. Some companies have numerous trainers. Our kits allow you to designate any and all of your trainers.

Do general contractors accept the documentation in your kits as valid “safety training certification?”
Answer: Yes. We have not experienced a situation where a GC has not accepted our kit documentation.

Will you provide safety updates for the training kits.
Answer: Yes. All safety updates will be provided by the distributor. A website address or fax number will be available for update information.

When I train a worker using one of your kits, when will I have to re-train that worker?
Answer: Most of the training documentation has no expiration dates. Some standards however, require re-training every 1-3 years. The instructions in the kit fully explain all expiration information.

Do I have to use the CD-ROM enclosed in the kit to perform my training?
Answer: Absolutely not. As long as your trainer has reasonable experience in the subject matter, he/she can simply use the instructor’s manual and other enclosed documents to perform field training. You can literally train your workers without the use of any electronic (TV, VCR, DVD player, Computer etc.) devices.

Is performing my own training (with the safety training kits) better than utilizing an outside training source, safety consultant, or sending my workers to a training school.
Answer: Absolutely. It is much more cost and time efficient, and no outside trainer is more familiar with your company’s work operations than your own employees.
