Who is required to provide a Written Safety Program?

OSHA requires that EVERY COMPANY provide a written safety program that outlines the acceptable procedures and cautions of their workplace. In addition to the general safety outlines, you must provide a program for any site specific hazards.

Every safety manual begins with the same basic 14 chapters which apply to every company. We do a complete hazard assesment of your company including the on-site managers, offices, the jobs performed, etc. We use this to come up with a list of the required appendixes. There is no additional charge for appendixes, every safety manual costs the same amount whether there is 14 chapters or 40 chapters. In addition to the printed manual, we also send a digital copy on CD. Additional printed copies are available for up to one year for a small production fee.

“In an industry that lags response to both activity and urgency, Safety Services is the exception. Their timely distribution of training materials were initially tracked with scrutiny for several months, before realizing that the team there had me well taken care of from the very beginning.”
