Every safety meeting is printed on two-ply carbonless paper to make record keeping easy.  All you need to do is read the meetings to your employees weekly or before the appropriate task, have them sign the form and you are done.  The two-ply paper allows you to easily file a copy of the safety meeting for future reference.  Spanish safety meetings are available at no additional cost.
