OSHA Reminder: Employers Required to Post Injury and Illness Summaries

» by eric in: OSHA

Once again, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has an important word for employers across the nation.  Starting February 1, employers must begin posting a summary of the total number of work-related illnesses and injuries that happened last year.

Take note, though, that you’re only to post the Summary or what OSHA calls the OSHA Form 300A.  The Summary should cover the period from Feb. 1 to April 30, 2009.

Just click HERE to get copies of OSHA Forms 300, 300A and 301 right from the OSHA Recordkeeping Web page.
