		<description>I wonder if OSHA and other agencies are going to enter i nto the Global Harmonized System, GHS. With over 650 K Chemicals in the U.S, Each geographical location has different standards for reporting, transporting, etc. It can be confusing, even within the U.S with DOT, OSHA, EPA! Too many variations in standard regs. Some areas of standards need to be just that...a standard for every department.</description>
