Unfortunately, you erroneously reported that Texas does NOT require training before working on a scaffold and that is incorrect. Texas follows federally mandated OSHA guidelines and DOES require trainig before scaffold use. Whether that is the case in this instance, I have no personal knowledge and am interested in any follow-up reports from this event.
